We offer UPS Standard and UPS Next Day delivery services. Please note, orders placed after 12.00 pm CET will be shipped the following business day. Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Shipping is not available to post office or APO/FPO boxes.

Next Day Cut-off Time

All orders with Next Day shipping must be placed by 12:00 noon CET for same-day processing. Orders with Next Day shipping placed after 12:00 noon CET will be shipped the following business day.

Return Policy

Holiday Return Policy: DVF.com orders placed November 22, 2017 through December 24, 2017 can be returned until January 15, 2018 for a full refund.

DVF.com offers FREE returns within 30 days

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and a copy of your packing slip with reason for return within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. Items with any tag removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to see the refund in your account. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

SWIMWEAR
To be eligible for return, swimwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached. Swimwear must be returned in the original packaging to be accepted.

FOOTWEAR
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.

Once your package is ready for shipment, you may drop it off at the nearest FedEx location.

World site

CLICK HERE to initiate your online return. Once initiated a member of our client services team will reach out to you within 24 hours to provide shipping label and further instructions.

Refunds should appear on your account within 3-5 business days after processing.

If you choose to return an item for any reason and the item is presented in saleable condition, you will receive a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Merchandise will not be accepted more than 30 days after the original purchase.

Return Status

We refund the cost of the returned merchandise within 2 business days of receipt to our warehouse and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 3-5 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Items purchased on DVF.com should not be returned to any freestanding Diane von Furstenberg boutique in the European Union. Returns must be sent back to Diane von Furstenberg via mail to our warehouse.
