Please note that we reserve the right to review all orders placed on our site. Once your order has been submitted you will receive an email notification indicating the status of your order. If your order is under review you will receive a subsequent email indicating the results within one business day. We unfortunately will not have an update prior to that time.

Return Status

Please allow up to 10 business days from this date for the refund to apply to your account. If you retain and provide your return tracking number, we'll be happy to let you know when your refund should be completed. DVF.COM does not accept exchanges at this time, however, you may return your item for a refund, and place a new order for the item of your choosing. Return Policy

DVF.com offers FREE returns within 30 days

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and a copy of your packing slip with reason for return within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. Items with any tag removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Please allow 10 business days to see the refund in your account. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase.

Swimwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached. Must be returned in the original packaging to be accepted.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.


In your package, is a white envelope marked DVF which includes a return form, packing slip and a prepaid label. Please complete the return form and use the label to send the package back to our facilities.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at clientservices@dvf.com or call 1.888.472.2383 and Client Services will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in order to be processed. You will be sent an RMA via email that must be printed and enclosed with your return. If you choose to return an item for any reason and the item is presented in saleable condition, you will receive a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Merchandise will not be accepted more than 30 days after the original purchase.

Fit Advice

Please view our size guide for information about the fit of our products.

Most of our items run true to size. Our fitted dresses tend to be very form-fitting, so some customers opt to size up. Some customers opt to size down for our more oversized and generously cut items.

As a general rule, the waist/chest/hip measurements vary by approximately 1" between sizes (see size chart below). The length varies by approximately 1/4" between sizes. Below are letter/number size conversions:

P = 0 - 2
S = 4 - 6
M = 8 - 10
L = 12 -14

Product Care


All of our products are "dry clean only." We do not recommend any of our products be hand or machine washed. All of our products are tested for color fastness during normal wear and dry cleaning. DVF is not responsible for any damages that could occur when proper instructions are not taken.

Please keep in mind due to the delicate nature of DVF designs, any embellishment, snap, or button, must also be handled with extreme care. We include replacements for these parts with each DVF item.

Handbags and Small Leather Goods

Treat all handbags and small leather goods with special care and always store in a protective dust bag when not in use.

Keep all handbags and small leather goods away from water to prevent stains and hardware tarnishing.

Apply a light leather cleaner/conditioner to leather handbags and small leather goods as needed. Please ensure cleaner/conditioner is tested and applied in a small inconspicuous area before fully applying as some cleaners/conditioners can remove color and finish.

Visit a reputable leather care professional for refurbishment or repair due to normal wear and tear. Lovin’ my bags is a great place that specializes in high end leather goods.

Tech items

Keep away from water and high heat and store properly when not in use.



Suede shoes, by their nature, must be treated differently than leather or fabric shoes. Suede shoes should be brushed using a suede brush which can be purchased at any quality shoe repair shop, at better retail stores or on line.

To maintain the look of the suede the brush should be used after each wearing and only when the shoes are completely dry. Always brush in the same direction, not back and forth. The suede brush will restore the nap and remove any dirt that may have accumulated.

We do not recommend that you use a suede protector as the results will depend on the quality of the protectant and cannot be guaranteed by us.

Stains on suede shoes should be treated by a qualified cobbler.

Caring for your leather shoes is essential in order for them to look their best and so you can enjoy them for many years to come. Leather shoes should be treated with a coat of polish right out of the box using a quality shoe polish or cream. Shoes should be dry before they are shined. Start by wiping the shoes with a soft cloth to remove any dirt then follow the manufacturer’s directions in applying the polish or cream. Finally, buff the shoes with a soft shoe brush.

Patent Leather
Patent leather shoes should be dry and any dirt should be removed using a soft cloth. Apply a very small amount of petroleum jelly to a soft cloth and apply to the patent leather. Let stand for 5 minutes and then buff to achieve a high shine.

Leather Soles
Using a soft cloth, apply a water-repellent leather conditioner as instructed on the product label to your shoes' leather soles before you wear them. Apply a small amount of saddle soap to a damp cloth and work it into a lather. Apply the lather to the shoe sole and thoroughly work it into the leather. Once the soap is applied take a soft, dry cloth and remove any dirt from the leather that the soap has worked from the soles.
