DVF.com offers FREE returns within 30 days
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and a copy of your packing slip with reason for return within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. Items with any tag removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Please allow 10 business days to see the refund in your account. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase.
Swimwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached. Must be returned in the original packaging to be accepted.
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
In your package, is a white envelope marked DVF which includes a return form, packing slip and a prepaid label. Please complete the return form and use the label to send the package back to our facilities.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com or call 1.888.472.2383 and Client Services will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in order to be processed. You will be sent an RMA via email that must be printed and enclosed with your return. If you choose to return an item for any reason and the item is presented in saleable condition, you will receive a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Merchandise will not be accepted more than 30 days after the original purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days from this date for the refund to apply to your account. If you retain and provide your return tracking number, we'll be happy to let you know when your refund should be completed. DVF.COM does not accept exchanges at this time, however, you may return your item for a refund, and place a new order for the item of your choosing. Items purchased on DVF.com should not be returned to any freestanding Diane von Furstenberg boutique in the European Union. Returns must be sent back to Diane von Furstenberg via mail to our warehouse.
